Josianne Briffa

Josianne Briffa is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Group Chief Compliance Officer at MAPFRE since January 2016, Josianne has held various roles, including Group Compliance Officer at the same organization. Prior to this, Josianne worked as a Compliance Officer at MSV Life p.l.c. from September 2013 to December 2015, and as Internal Control & Compliance Manager at RCI Insurance from May 2012 to August 2013. Josianne's career began at KPMG, where a role as Senior Manager was held from 2003 to 2012, demonstrating a solid foundation in compliance and internal controls.
