Kerry Akana

Kerry Akana is an accomplished Senior Recruiter at MAPFRE, a position held since September 2019, following experience as a Recruiter and Assistant to the Director of Human Resources at EASTCONN. Prior to these roles, Kerry served at The Hanover Insurance Group for nearly two decades, starting as an HR Operations Specialist and later holding the role of Senior Administrative Assistant in HR, where responsibilities included providing executive support, managing operations, and coordinating various HR initiatives. Kerry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources from Becker College, following education completed at Tourtellotte Memorial High School.
