Leni Franco

Leni Franco possesses extensive experience in project management and recovery operations within the insurance sector. At GRUPO SEGURADOR BANCO DO BRASIL E MAPFRE from August 2005 to September 2017, Leni served as Coordenadora de Recuperações, overseeing a team and managing revenue recovery processes for high-risk cases. Following this role, Leni worked at Fundación MAPFRE from October 2017 to February 2021 as Gerente de Projetos Socioculturais, leading sociocultural projects and collaborating with various stakeholders. Currently, Leni is responsible for corporate volunteering at MAPFRE since February 2021. Leni's educational background includes a specialization in Social Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Securitization Business Management from Unibero.
