Linda Johnson

Linda Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, communications, and strategic business systems. Currently serving as the AVP of Corporate Social Responsibility at MAPFRE since April 2016, Linda oversees the MAPFRE Foundation, community relations, and employee engagement initiatives while developing and executing CSR strategies. Previously, Linda held several key positions at MAPFRE, including Director of Corporate Marketing Communications and Manager of Corporate Internal Communications, where significant departmental growth and impactful communication strategies were achieved. Linda's background also includes program management at Hanover Insurance Group, consulting at CSC Consulting, and director-level responsibilities at Fallon Clinic, where large-scale technology implementations were overseen. Linda holds an MBA and a BA in Education from Anna Maria College, along with Executive Education from Harvard Business School.
