Loredana Mallia

Loredana Mallia is the Chief Human Resources Officer at MAPFRE, a role they began in 2025, following several significant positions at EY, including Associate Director and Assistant Director. Previously, Loredana worked in various capacities at HSBC, ranging from Cashier and Accounts Clerk to Human Resources Generalist, supporting HR strategies for up to 600 employees. They hold a BSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Leicester and are currently pursuing a Masters in Counselling Psychology at the University of Malta. Loredana is committed to fostering a workplace environment where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to voice their concerns.
