MARÍA GARRIDO

María Garrido is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and mental health trainer with over 13 years of experience in individual psychotherapy processes, team leadership, and social outreach activities. Currently, they provide psychological services at MAPFRE PERÚ and manage their own private practice, where they offer therapy and psychological evaluations. María has previously worked in various roles, including content writing for psychological education and as an assistant in human resources at Universidad César Vallejo, where they contributed to achieving ISO certification. They hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Privada César Vallejo.
