Mark Pasko

Mark Pasko is currently the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at MAPFRE, where they lead a team of 28 attorneys and analysts in providing corporate, litigation, regulatory, compliance, and statutory reporting support. Prior to this role, Mark served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at QBE North America, overseeing a legal team of over 50 and contributing to significant business growth and regulatory relationships. Their previous experience includes extensive roles at AIG, where Mark managed global legal operations for various business units and was a collaborative member of the executive leadership team. Mark holds a JD from the University of Notre Dame Law School and an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
