Miriam Serrano Conde

Miriam Serrano Conde is an experienced professional with a robust background in data management and process optimization. Currently serving as Data Team Lead at MAPFRE since March 2022, Miriam previously held the position of Gerente at Deloitte from September 2008 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing teams for financial process reengineering projects, focusing on reporting optimization and budgeting processes. Additional experience includes roles at Banco Santander in Asset Management, MSL GROUP in venue management for international events, and internships at Hewlett-Packard and SECOSOL. Miriam holds degrees in Industrial Organization Engineering and Computer Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, as well as a Master’s degree in Control and Management of SMEs from CEF-Centro de estudios financieros.
