Monica Morgado

Monica Morgado is currently a Coordenadora Ressarcimento, responsible for negotiations and collection efforts regarding reimbursement with service providers, as well as strategic planning for new collection approaches. Previously, Monica served as an Analista Jurídico at Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A from 2000 to 2007, where they managed a team focused on service provider relations and handled judicial processes related to reimbursement. Monica has also held the position of Coordenadora de Operações de Ressarcimento at MAPFRE in 2022. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Insurance from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Unifai.
