Nora Costa has extensive experience in compensation and rewards management across various industries. Beginning at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 1988 to 1996, Nora held roles such as Sr. Retirement Specialist and Clinician Compensation Supervisor, where strategic links to compensation philosophy were established during union negotiations. Subsequent positions included Compensation Director roles at FleetBoston Financial and Iron Mountain, where comprehensive base pay programs and incentive plans were designed and implemented.
