Currently, as a Tech Lead at MAPFRE, they focus on corporate projects involving document management and adhere to regulatory compliance, employing modern practices like CI/CD and DevOps. Throughout their career, Raul has also developed expertise in Java, various web technologies, and agile methodologies, contributing to significant projects like "Gestão de máquinas" and "Sistema de Previsão de Vendas."
