Rick Staten

Rick Staten currently serves as Assistant Vice President at MAPFRE, focusing on profitable growth through independent agencies in personal lines insurance across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho since March 2015. Prior to this, Rick held various leadership roles at Encompass Insurance, where responsibilities included establishing sales strategies and collaborating with teams to execute business plans. Earlier experience at Allstate spanned over 15 years, with positions as Senior Sales Operations Consultant and HR Consultant, where Rick contributed significantly to human capital management and sales operations. Rick holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
