Sara Croce is an experienced Human Resources and General Services Director with a robust background in corporate HR management. They worked at BCUBE Spa in various leadership roles, including Corporate Chief Human Resources & Organization and HR Business Partner, from 2021 to 2022. Previously, they held positions at organizations such as MAPFRE, CONBIPEL, and EXS Italia, gaining extensive expertise in human resource development and management. Sara obtained a psychology degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, further enhancing their qualifications in the field. Currently, they serve as Human Resources Director at MAPFRE.
