Shawn O'Neill

Shawn O'Neill is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Material Damage Supervisor at MAPFRE since October 2014. In this role, Shawn is responsible for data analytics within the Material Damage Department, focusing on productivity, benchmark performance, customer service levels, and appraisal channel distribution. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Regional Supervisor for Casualty Claims at Amercan Commerce Insurance Company, Senior Casualty Supervisor and Casualty Claims Field Investigator at Commerce Insurance, and Claims Adjuster positions at John Hancock PC and Allstate Insurance. Shawn has been a member of Chelmsford Toastmasters since 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, completed in 1989.
