Sinem Aydin

Sinem Aydin is the Director of Reinsurance and Liability at MAPFRE SIGORTA, a position held since 2024. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Sinem previously served as the Reinsurance and Special Risks Manager at MAPFRE from 2012 to 2024, where responsibilities included the administration of reinsurance treaties and compliance with regulatory standards. Sinem began their career as a Junior Specialist in the Liability Department at İsviçre Sigorta A.Ş. from 2004 to 2008, after working as a Senior Specialist at Ergo Sigorta A.S. from 2010 to 2012. Sinem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Econometrics from Marmara University and also completed culinary training at USLA Uluslararası Servis ve Lezzet Akademisi.
