Thiago Souza, CGA, is currently the Superintendent and Head of Portfolio Management at MAPFRE Investimentos. They previously held roles as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst at MAPFRE between 2013 and 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Equity Analyst at Spinelli | investHB from 2006 to 2008. Thiago earned a Bachelor's degree in Administração from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Capital Markets from FACULDADE FIPECAFI. They are currently pursuing executive programs in Leadership Transformation and the AVANZA program at ISE Business School and IE Business School, respectively.
