Yıldırım Türe graduated from Çukurova University in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration in English. They began their career at Yapı Kredi Insurance in 1991, where they held various positions until 2012, including Regional Manager and Chief Sales Officer. Yıldırım then served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Vice President at ERGO Sigorta from 2012 to 2019, also taking on the role of CEO between 2018 and 2019. Since January 2021, Yıldırım has been the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Executive Committee Member at MAPFRE Sigorta. Their interests include behavioral science, emotional intelligence, culture change, ship modeling, poetry, and photography.
