Sander Schutte

Sander Schutte is a seasoned entrepreneur and researcher, serving as the Co-founder and CEO of Mapiq since 2014. Mapiq is dedicated to enhancing the global office experience through an all-round smart office platform that promotes efficient and flexible workspace usage. Prior to Mapiq, Sander co-founded and led VirtuaLock from 2009 to 2015, a venture focused on preventing laptop theft, a significant issue affecting one in every 25 laptops annually. Academic credentials include a PhD and postdoctoral research at TU Delft, following an MSc in Biomedical Engineering (cum laude) and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
