Ben worked at MAPLAN from 2016 to the present, serving as the Technical Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for providing custom solutions to rubber and silicone molders. Ben represented the MAPLAN brand of injection molding presses in the United States, servicing a wide range of industries working with rubber, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and more.
Before joining MAPLAN, Ben worked at Advia Credit Union from 2009 to 2016 as an HR Business Partner.
Ben Puffer attended Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
