Sterling Porter is a hands-on Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in managing software development across various industries, including e-commerce, geospatial analytics, SEO, and healthcare. Currently, they serve as the Lead Engineer of Developer Enablement at MapLarge, where they continue to build effective software development teams and mentor junior engineers.
