Ruchi Varshney

Ruchi Varshney is a seasoned technology professional and leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as a member of Operators Guild and C100, and co-founder of Maple, Ruchi has a strong background in coaching and advising startups as a leadership coach and angel investor since 2019. At Dropbox, Ruchi held various key positions including Senior Director of Engineering for New Products, where major initiatives such as Dropbox Shop and Dropbox Paper were led. Ruchi's career also includes significant engineering roles at Hearsay Systems, Google, BlackBerry, and Apple, complemented by a Master of Science in Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
