Jim Lasky

Jim Lasky is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive management experience, currently serving as Managing Partner and Partner at Maple Hospitality Group since September 2019 and Maple & Ash since September 2015, respectively. Lasky has held partnerships in various ventures, including Modpans, LLC since January 2011, LP Ventures LLC until August 2024, and etta until January 2023. Lasky's entrepreneurial background includes ownership of The Southern and The Hunt Club, along with prior leadership roles in Lasky Management Group and Golfnow.com. Lasky is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1987, and attended New Trier High School from 1980 to 1983.
