Maple Drive is a retained executive search firm serving family offices, venture and private equity firms, and multi-billion dollar institutions.

We place leadership roles, where the wrong hire has real consequences and confidentiality isn't optional.

Our clients include leading venture firms, sophisticated multi-billion dollar institutions, and some of the most prominent families in private capital. We work on a small number of mandates at any time to make sure each one gets the attention it deserves.

Founded by David Chie, who brings 20 years of Silicon Valley talent relationships and a portfolio of 100+ angel investments to every search.
95% of placements are still in role at two years.
