Maple Spark is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform that helps students master the foundations they need to succeed — before gaps become grades.

Up to 1 in 4 Canadian post-secondary students don’t persist past their first year. STEM gateway courses see failure rates of 30% or higher. Faculty are teaching classes of 300+ with no way to diagnose individual gaps. Traditional tutoring costs $50–100+/hr and doesn’t scale.

 We’re changing that.

Maple Spark works directly with faculty and educators to build adaptive, curriculum-aligned learning pathways that diagnose foundational gaps, personalize the learning journey, and provide 24/7 AI tutoring support — all grounded in the instructor’s own content.

Our platform serves universities, colleges, and K–12 schools with:

✔ Pre-arrival diagnostics that certify student readiness before Day 1

✔ In-program mastery pathways for high-risk gateway courses

✔ Real-time cohort analytics and early intervention alerts

✔ A community-led Indigenous learning pilot supporting First Nations youth in STEM

Our research partner, the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto, independently validates our learning effectiveness and retention impact.

Built in Canada. PIPEDA, FERPA, and COPPA compliant. Canadian-hosted data. Faculty define the content — we make it adaptive and scalable.

We’re recruiting founding institutional partners for Fall 2026.
