Aisling Ryan has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead for Europe at Maples Group since March 2016, with previous roles including Early Careers Manager, HR Business Partner - Early Careers, Senior HR Executive, and HR Executive. Prior to Maples Group, Aisling worked at Matheson in a human resources capacity and held the position of HR and In-House Recruitment Officer at Stream Global Services, managing large-scale multilingual recruitment. Aisling's career began in retail and sales, including positions at The Dune Group and The Printed Image, where responsibilities encompassed customer engagement, project management, and sales strategies. Aisling holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University and a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Development from the National College of Ireland.
