Brian Butler

Brian Butler is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Maples Group since December 2021. Previously, Brian held a role in finance at Airborne Capital from September 2019 to October 2021 and worked as a Client Manager at Canyon CTS from November 2017 to September 2019, focusing on Asset Backed Securitisation within the Aviation Leasing Sector. Prior to this, Brian was a Senior Associate at PwC Ireland from April 2016 to November 2017, where responsibilities included planning and executing company audits in accordance with legal and financial reporting standards. Brian began the professional career as an Audit & Accounting Trainee at Liston Lonergan Meade between September 2012 and March 2016, gaining experience in accounts preparation, audit, taxation, company secretarial duties, and management consulting. Brian holds qualifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland (2012-2015) and the University of Limerick (2007-2011).
