Colm Rafferty is a Partner and the Head of the Irish Corporate Practice at Maples Group, where they have worked since 2007. As an M&A and corporate finance lawyer, Colm advises innovation-driven enterprises and investors, actively contributing to the Irish tech ecosystem. Prior to this role, Colm practiced law at Matheson from 1999 to 2007. Colm holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and participated in an Honours Exchange Program at the University of Melbourne.
