John Gallagher has extensive experience in funds and investment management, currently serving as a Partner at Maples Group since September 2011, where responsibilities include oversight of the Funds & Investment Management practice. Prior to this, John held the role of Associate Solicitor at Maples Group and worked as a Solicitor in Investment Funds and Asset Management at A&L Goodbody from January 2008 to September 2011. John also had a brief consulting role at Morgan Stanley Asset Management during a secondment in 2010. Earlier, John completed a training period as a Trainee Solicitor at Dillon Eustace Solicitors from 2005 to 2008. Academic qualifications include an LL.B with German from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland, alongside a year of study in German Law at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
