Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory services, fund accounting, and banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at MaplesFS since July 2013, Michelle oversees the regulatory services business, focusing on Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) and country-by-country reporting (CbCR) for clients. Previously, at Credit Suisse AG's Cayman Islands Branch from January 2009 to April 2013, Michelle was the Head of Banking & Custody, managing trade processing and a team of up to 20 staff. Before this, Michelle held the position of Head of Fund Accounting at Fortis Prime Fund Solutions (BVI) Limited, responsible for Net Asset Value calculations for hedge funds. Michelle's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where roles included Tax Manager and Advisory Services Manager, delivering tax and business advisory services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce in Law & Accounting from the University of Canterbury, completed in 1992.
