Sofia Shen is the Regional Head of Private Client Services in Hong Kong at Maples Group, a position held since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs from 2012 to 2016. Specializing in the use of offshore trusts and WFOE for managing Chinese family operating businesses, Sofia is also an accomplished author with works published in the Asian Business Law Journal and in a handbook on Hong Kong IPOs.
