Felipe Mendes

Felipe Mendes has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technical support. Felipe started their career as an Atendente de Telemarketing at Vikstar Contact Center in 2013 before moving on to the role of Analista de Suporte Técnico at Sitel do Brasil in 2014. At Sitel, Felipe provided L1 technical support to clients over the phone.

In 2016, Felipe joined Assaí Atacadista - GPA as an Assistente de T.I., where they developed web solutions, modules, and extensions using Java, VRaptor, Hibernate, JPA, and other technologies. Felipe also performed maintenance and utilized agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Felipe actively interacted with business analysts to gather requirements from internal customers and assist in problem-solving.

In 2018, Felipe joined UOL - Universo Online as an Engenheiro de Software. Felipe worked in the Presença Online SQUAD, maintaining old systems related to website creation and behavior. Felipe also took part in incidents resolution and collaborated on the implementation of a new architecture using Java, Python, and Javascript. Felipe was responsible for maintaining and fixing bugs in old systems while also developing new microservices using various technologies such as GraphQL, RabbitMQ, and Docker.

In 2021, Felipe worked as a Desenvolvedor Full Stack at Escola Conquer, where they had the opportunity to utilize their skills in full-stack development.

Most recently, in 2022, Felipe joined Maplink as a Desenvolvedor Java.

Felipe Mendes began their education history in 2011, when they attended ETEC de Guaianazes, where they obtained a Técnico degree in Informática. Felipe then went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Felipe completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, enhancing their skills in Computer Software Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Felipe obtained additional certifications, including "GOOGLE CLOUD: DEPLOY DE UMA APLICAÇÃO EM SPRING MVC" from Alura in November 2022, "Desenvolvimento Web com Quarkus" from Udemy Brasil in May 2021, and certifications from Fundação Bradesco, including "Balanced Scorecard (BSC)" in November 2016, "Business Process Management (BPM)" in October 2016, and "Modelagem de Dados" in September 2016.
