Ritvars Karaluks

Ritvars Karaluks currently serves as the Head of the Assembly Department at Mapon, where they lead the development and optimization of warehouse and assembly processes. Prior to this role, they worked as a Production & Operations Supervisor at Atlas UAS, establishing production workflows and integrating SAP systems. Ritvars also gained experience as an Electronic Engineering Technician at Terra Virtuala, SIA (iRobot), where they led a service team to achieve recognition across Europe. They are pursuing a Professional Bachelor's degree in Computerised Control of Electrical Technologies at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte.
