Deborah Fennell

Deborah Fennell is an accomplished Park Manager with extensive experience in property management, currently overseeing a premier business park in the West Midlands since June 2021. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the business park, providing facilities management services, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and handling substantial annual budgets. Previous roles include Property Manager positions at JLL and Liberty Property Trust, as well as Business Park Manager positions at British Land and Goodman. Deborah holds a City & Guilds qualification in Hotel Reception Operations from the College of Food & Domestic Arts.
