Thomas Schneider has over 20 years of experience in credit control and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Controller at MAPP since May 2007, Thomas leads a team of credit controllers and apprentices, focusing on providing support, training, and driving efficiency to achieve company goals. Earlier experience includes acting as a Trainer & Database Coordinator at Relais & Châteaux, where responsibilities encompassed training staff, liaising with international offices, and improving revenue through effective electronic distribution methods.
