Connor Cantrell has a diverse work experience starting from working as a Graphic Designer in N-Style Motocross Graphics where they designed motocross graphic kits for various brands. Connor then moved on to Cantrell Aire where they worked as a Field Technician, leading a team for airside commercial installation and retrofit projects, as well as managing maintenance accounts for retail corporations in Southern California. After that, they joined City Mechanical, Inc. as a Field Technician, certified and trained by UA Local 38, where they worked with diverse commercial HVAC systems, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, maintaining equipment, and offering technical assistance to clients. Connor continued their journey at Sunbelt Controls where they specialized as a Controls Engineer, designing control systems and programming DDC systems. Currently, they are working at Mapped as a Digital Building Engineer, utilizing their background in building control systems to contribute to building ontologies and leading a team in data normalization procedures using data processing tools and machine learning algorithms.

Connor Cantrell completed the United Association Local 38 Apprenticeship program from 2017 to 2022, focusing on HVAC/R.
