Rob Martens

Rob Martens serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation & Design Officer at Allegion, PLC, where responsibilities include strategy, innovation, business development, and corporate development in alignment with the company's growth strategy. As President of Allegion Ventures, Martens leads corporate venture capital efforts, overseeing fund creation and board memberships with companies such as Yonomi and VergeSense. Previous roles include Vice President positions at Carpenter Technology and Ingersoll Rand, where Martens managed global IT strategies and applications. Martens also holds multiple advisory and board positions with technology-focused organizations, and possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with executive education credentials from Harvard Business School.
