Shaun Cooley

Shaun Cooley has a long and varied work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Mapped. From 2013 to 2016, they were the VP and CTO of IoT and Industries and a Distinguished Engineer in the Collaboration Technology Group at Cisco. Shaun was also a Board Member of the Open Connectivity Foundation from 2016 to present, a Board Member of Attivo Networks, Inc. from 2014 to present, a Distinguished Engineer at Norton Labs at Symantec Corporation from 1995 to 2005, and a Founder of SB Wireless, LLC from 2005 to 2013. Shaun also had a role as a Developer at DHM Information Management from 1993 to 1995, where they created web front-ends and back-ends for early adopters of the web.

Shaun Cooley holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the same institution. Shaun also holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)², which they obtained in February 2005.
