Claudio Sa

Claudio Sa has worked in various roles since 2003. Claudio began as a Franchise Owner for College Pro in 2003, then moved on to Technical Analyst for Windsor Regional Hospital in 2007. In 2009, they became a Business Analyst and Planning Coordinator for BlackBerry. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Creative Director and Co-Founder of CS-Creative Group. From 2014 to 2020, they were the Director of CX Strategy & Design, UX Lead - Web, and Senior User Experience (UX) Architect for Sun Life. In 2020, they became the Head of Design for Mappedin and the Sr. Consultant - UX Design for The Co-operators.

Claudio Sa attended the University of Windsor from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a B.Comm - Honours of Business Administration with a field of study in Entrepreneurship.
