Pascale Walters has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and medical fields. In 2023, they began working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Mappedin. In 2021, they began working as a Computer Vision Engineer at Stathletes. In 2020, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. In 2018, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo and a Scientific Programmer at BC Cancer. In 2017, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant, Medical Physics at Grand River Hospital and a Summer Student, Medical Physics at Health Sciences North/Horizon Santé-Nord. In 2016, they were a Co-op Student, Research Informatics at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) and a Java Developer at the University Health Network. In 2015, they were a Biosensor Research Technician at Medella Health.
Pascale Walters graduated from Harbord Collegiate Institute in 2014, after completing their high school education in 2010. Pascale then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree (BASc) in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, which they completed in 2019. In 2019, they also obtained a certificate in Fundamentals of Deep Learning for Computer Vision from the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute. Pascale is currently pursuing a Master's degree (MASc) in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
