Duncan Campbell began their career in 1986 as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Iliff Thorn and Company, specializing in Office Leasing and Land Sales. In 1990, they moved to CB Richard Ellis as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. In 1995, they founded Mapping Solutions, LLC and served as Vice President of Sales, translating business challenges into technology solutions. In 2009, they became Campaign Director for Michigan Save Our Water, a Michigan Ballot Initiative Committee formed to protect Great Lakes water from the threat of Sulfide Mining in the State of Michigan.
Duncan Campbell attended Phillips Academy, Andover MA from 1974 to 1977, where they earned their High School Diploma. Duncan then attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1977 to 1982, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts - BA in a double major of History and Art History. From 1979 to 1980, they attended The American University of Rome, studying Art History and History. Duncan then attended Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 1993 to 1994, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing. Finally, they attended Wayne State University from 2012 to 2019, where they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Art History.
