Walter Baum

Walter Baum is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the VP and Head of Sales at MapQuest since November 2025. Prior to this role, Walter held multiple leadership positions at Precisely from March 2018 to October 2025, including GTM for Enterprise Accounts and Team Lead for Real Estate. Walter's career includes roles at Pitney Bowes as a Senior Account Executive and various positions at Onboard Informatics and Graphiq Inc., both of which were acquired, enhancing expertise in data integrity and real estate solutions. Walter began a professional journey in sales and consulting, initially working as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Long & Foster Companies. Walter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Religious Studies from Lake Forest College and has a foundational education from Northfield Mount Hermon.
