Arnaud Namer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Arnaud began their career in 2003 as an Aerodynamic Engineer at Airbus, where they were responsible for leading aircraft flexibility effects on aerodynamic activities. Arnaud was then promoted to AWIATOR Flight Test Manager in 2006. In 2010, they joined Zodiac Aerospace as VP Engineering and Industrialization - Water&Waste, where they transformed and reorganized Engineering into Product Lines focused on Product development, Industrialization and Serial management. Arnaud also drove P&L excellence, led successful development of breakthrough innovations, grew Top Talents, and demonstrated leadership in strategic roadmaps, new product development, business development, commercial negotiation strategies, and financial management. In 2016, they became a Business Angel at Mapstr - Explore The World. In 2019, they joined Safran as Head of IFEC Strategy and Head of Strategy & Innovation - Safran Passenger Solutions. In 2021, they joined Universal Hydrogen as Chief Operating Officer, GM Americas & Head of Strategy, and Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff.
Arnaud Namer completed a Master of Science degree from École Polytechnique in 2002-2003, having previously obtained a Master of Science degree from ISAE-SUPAERO in 1999-2002. In 2016, they attended UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they completed an Executive Program in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
