Rick Marrah

Rick Marrah is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Executive at MAPSYS Inc., Rick has been instrumental in IT solutions and services since April 2022. Prior to this, Rick managed talent acquisition at DHL Supply Chain for six years, where operational excellence was a hallmark of the organization. Rick's background also includes leading the talent acquisition process at Ascena Retail Group, focusing on a wide range of functions. Earlier roles involved senior recruitment positions with L Brands and EXPRESS, and experience as a recruiting manager at R. Dorsey Plus Company and Applied Computer Sciences. Rick holds a Master’s degree from Ashland University and a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.
