Rob Hardman

Rob Hardman is the President and General Manager for North America at Maptek, where they oversee the operations and growth of the business across multiple countries. Previously, they served as Vice President of North American Sales at Maptek and held sales roles at Pason Systems, where they specialized in managing complex sales cycles for major energy companies. Rob has a diverse background in leadership, strategic planning, and team management, along with experience in the non-profit sector as a founder and mentor. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder and have an advanced degree from Bethel University.
