Ocean Ng

Ocean Ng has been working in the technology industry since 2005. In 2012, they started working as a Senior System Specialist, IT System Development at PCCW Solutions where they were responsible for RFID / Cloud-based IT Project Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Research & Development, Deployment & Implementation, Consultation, and Management. Ocean also provided strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder of Locision Technology Limited and an IT Consultant for LTF Asia Limited & House of Parcels Ltd. In 2016, they took on the role of Business Consultant for L2 LockerLife Limtied. In 2018, they began working as COO / Co-Founder at Mapxus (Maphive Technology Limited), where they work to create a Smarter City Together by providing state-of-the-art indoor map services. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Manna Soft Limited, a mobile app development solution company since 2010, where they developed educational and commercial apps in iOS and Android platform.

Ocean Ng has a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Ocean also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the same institution, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an EPCglobal Certified Professionals (GS1HK) for Apparels Items Level Tagging from GS1HK in 2013, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2013, an EPC Certificated Professional GS1HK from GS1HK in 2012, a Certificate in Google Android Application Development in 2011, a Certificate in iPhone Application Development in 2011, a Certificate in Photoshop + Illustrator CS4 in 2010, and a Certificate in JAVA SCP (Hong Kong) in 2005.
