Dave Phillips

Dave Phillips has over three decades of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, primarily at Mar-Bal, Inc. since October 2002, where Dave currently serves as the New Product - Engineering Manager and previously held the role of Tooling Manager for the Ohio plant. Dave's expertise includes composite thermoset mold design, tooling, and manufacturing engineering. Prior to Mar-Bal, Dave Phillips worked at Diamond Mold and Die, Inc. as a Moldmaker/Designer from May 1991 to October 2002, focusing on mold design and building. Educationally, Dave Phillips earned a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Whirlpool Operational Excellence and holds a degree from The University of Akron, along with training from the U.S. Army school of Avionics.
