► MARAEY comprises an extensive coastal strip of about 844 hectares, bounded north by a 12.5 km line of lagoon margin, south by a 8.5 km oceanic coastline, east by the existing coastal population of Marcia’s municipality, and west by the São Bento Canal, separating it from another inhabited strip in this coastline.

► MARAEY will have the best hotel offering managed by first class international brands with family, corporate, boutique and sports hotels; both on the beachfront, as immersed in the lush vegetation of the Atlantic Forest, or at the foot of the great Lagoa de Maricá. Thus we will cover the lack of this type of hotel infrastructure in the Rio de Janeiro area.
