We started MARAF with a question that bothered us: why do the same consultancies that preach digital transformation run their own operations on spreadsheets and manual processes? The answer revealed something uncomfortable about our industry. Most firms sell change they have never lived. They recommend transformations they would not undertake themselves. They speak of AI as if it were a product to deliver, not a discipline to master.

We decided to build a different kind of firm. We believe that in a field changing as fast as artificial intelligence, depth beats breadth. We do not have a methodology we explain to clients. We have a way of operating we share with them. Every system we propose, we have already tested on ourselves. This is not a marketing position. It is how we learn what actually works. Our measure of success is not whether the technology functions. It is whether anyone is still using it six months after we leave.
