Ann Holder is the CEO and Founder of Marani, a company that specializes in bioimpedance spectroscopy (BIS) for aiding in clinical assessment of unilateral lymphedema. Holder has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on chronic disease management and population health.

Holder began their career at Medtronic in 2006 as part of a senior-level start-up team tasked with building a new Integrated Health Services & Solutions business for Medtronic. In this role, Holder was responsible for business development, strategy, and commercialization for post-acute care and population health initiatives.

In 2015, Holder left Medtronic to join ImpediMed as SVP General Management & Operations | Global Commercialization, Product Management, Sales. In this role, Holder was responsible for leading the development of next generation bioimpedance spectroscopy technology and commercialization focused on chronic disease management technology to support population health management through the management of chronic disease.

Holder left ImpediMed in 2017 to start their own company, Marani. Marani is focused on developing medical devices utilizing bioimpedance spectroscopy to aid in clinical assessment of unilateral lymphedema.

Ann Holder has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Program on Negotiation - Executive Education from Harvard Law School.
