Rahul Doshi is an experienced leader in the fields of talent acquisition, learning and development, and digital marketing. As the Founder and CEO of Marastu® since October 2023, Rahul emphasizes creating results-driven solutions while empathizing with client challenges. Prior to this, Rahul served in multiple vice president roles at Uplers from April 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and overseeing the learning and development initiatives. Rahul has a strong background in digital operations, having led teams to implement SEO, SEM, and social media programs at various organizations, including OCTOS and Ensight Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. With an MBA in Marketing and a BCom in Accounting and Business Management from GLS University, Rahul combines educational depth with extensive professional experience.
